[PATCH] gprofng: a new GNU profiler

Ruud has recorded a short video (7 minutes) with a quick demo showing
gprofng in action.  It covers:

1. How to collect an experiment data from a multi-threaded program.

2. How to examine the collected profiling information at function level,
   source code level and assembly instruction level.

3. How to make gprofng to show information in a way that is most useful
   to your particular needs, instead of relying on defaults.
