Fix pr27217 testcase failure

The new testcase failed on aarch64_be-linux-gnu_ilp32 with
"FAIL: PR27212".  There are rather a lot of other ipl32 fails too..

	PR 27217
	* testsuite/gas/aarch64/pr27217.d: Correct name.  Accept ilp32 relocs.
