Thanks for this, Jim, Andrew and Palmer.  And also thanks for all your
helps.  Although we already have a great RISC-V binutils support, there are
still many things that can be improved.  This would be helpful.  I am
really happy and excited that can continue to work for RISC-V and make it
better.
