Hi all,

May I ask politely what's the status of Binutils git server-side hooks?
I was just wondering if we have anyone working on similar to GCC's
gcc/contrib/gcc-changelog mechanism for Binutils and GDB code base?

What I have in mind are server-side gizmos like: check commit message format or
auto-update path/to/ChangeLog files.
