[PATCH 0/9] x86: (mainly) prefix handling adjustments

taken care of.

1: x86: drop stray assignment from build_evex_prefix()

3: x86-64: honor REX prefixes for SSE2AVX
4: x86-64: REX prefix is invalid with VEX etc
5: x86: fix SYSRET disassembly, improve {,V}CVTSI2S{S,D} and PTWRITE
6: x86: operand sizing prefixes can disambiguate insns
7: x86: move ImmExt processing
8: x86: drop left-over 4-way alternative disassembler templates
9: x86: make J disassembler macro available for new use
