Prioritise mtfprd and mtvrd over mtvsrd in PowerPC disassembly

I'm starting to wonder about this.  Looking through the gcc.target/powerpc/
test directory, there are a *LOT* of scan-assembler tests looking for
m[ft]vsrd.  Those will all FAIL now.
