[PATCH 12/19] obsoleted bfd.h tidy

	* bfd-in.h (bfd_sunos_get_needed_list),
	(bfd_sunos_record_link_assignment),
	(bfd_sunos_size_dynamic_sections),
	(bfd_i386linux_size_dynamic_sections),
	(bfd_sparclinux_size_dynamic_sections): Delete obsolete decls.
	* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
