These are the Debian release architectures, which are no Debian release 
architectures anymore.  powerpc translates to powerpc-linux-gnu (defaulting to 
-m32), and ppc64 to powerpc64-linux-gnu (defaulting to -m64).

No edits. And Ubuntu doesn't have powerpc anymore (and never had ppc64).

On Ubuntu powerpc64le-linux-gnu I see one failure:

The difference to Debian is glibc 2.30 instead of 2.29.
