[PATCH 0/4] x86: further optimizations

1: optimize EVEX packed integer logical instructions
2: StaticRounding implies SAE
3: optimize certain commutative VEX-encoded insns
4: optimize AND/OR with twice the same register

While I'm not aware of dependencies, if in doubt this series goes
on top of the not yet approved/committed patches sent on the
25th.
