[PATCH 0/2] x86/Intel: adjustments to memory operand size handling

I've noticed these small issues while putting together
"[PATCH 0/4] x86/Intel: further deal with fallout from commit
dc2be329b950".

1: support "mmword ptr"
2: fold "xmmword" with "oword"

I'll commit these in due course.
