getting latest LD manual in pdf format

I just did it. It worked with no problems. Thanks again! Looks like the pdf
I want gets generated in "./ld/ld.pdf":
```
$ find | grep '\.pdf'
    ./libiberty/libiberty.pdf
    ./bfd/doc/bfd.pdf
    ./ld/ld.pdf    <----- THE MAIN ONE I WANT!
    ./gprof/gprof.pdf
    ./gas/doc/as.pdf
    ./binutils/doc/binutils.pdf
```

Can I make a couple suggestions to the GNU binutils team?

1) start generating these pdfs automatically and including them as
downloads with your main html documentation.
2) Add chapter numbers to the bookmarks menus in all of the PDFs. This
would make navigation a bit easier. See screenshot here:
