[PATCH 4/13] [NDS32] Update and support more target features for the nds32 port

Hi, binutils maintainers and developers,

Attached is the modified patch.

        * nds32-asm.c (parse_aext_reg): Add new parameter.
        (parse_re, parse_re2, parse_aext_reg): Only reduced registers
        are allowed to use.
        All callers changed.
