[PATCH 0/5] x86: misc SIMD (mostly AVX512) adjustments

This is another step towards a more manageable assembler opcode
table, including further preparations to eventually be able to merge
most different length AVX512 templates.

1: drop pointless VecESize
2: improve SIMD to-scalar-int conversion insn handling
3: use local variable in check_VecOperands()
4: convert broadcast insn attribute to boolean
5: drop VecESize
