[committed] MIPS/BFD: Correct formatting of compact EH backend methods

Correct the formatting of `_bfd_mips_elf_compact_eh_encoding' and 
`_bfd_mips_elf_cant_unwind_opcode' definitions which extend beyond 79 
columns.
