	* testsuite/gas/elf/missing-build-notes.s: New test.  Checks that
	relocs are correctly generated for missing build notes.
	* testsuite/gas/elf/missing-build-notes.d: New file.  Expected
	output from objdump.
	* testsuite/gas/elf/elf.exp: Run the new test.
