[PATCH 0/2] powerpc: grok/write functions for new notes

The first patch adds grok and write functions for powerpc notes that
are already defined in include/elf/common.h. This was done by Edjunior
when he was at IBM, so I have kept him as the author.

The second patch fixes a minor typo in readelf in the string displayed
for NT_PPC_TM_CVSX.
