Does anyone want to delay creating the 2.31 release this weekend (July 7/8) ?

Hi Nick,

If possible I'd like to have https://sourceware.org/ml/binutils/2018-07/msg00050.html in the
2.31 release so it fixes the warnings emitted when building the kernel.
