[tiny PATCH] missing close bracket in texi for add-symbol option

Now that my --add-symbol feature has made it in the mainstream objcopy, 
this bothers me a bit. I put 1 close bracket ']' too few in the texi 
file. See the patch below (against current master).

This is almost not worth mentioning, but still...
