[PATCH 0/5] x86: various register handling corrections

While the patches in this series don't functionally depend on one another,
they certainly do contextually.

1: x87-related adjustments
2: don't recognize bnd<N> as registers without CpuMPX
3: drop CpuRegMMX, CpuReg[XYZ]MM, and CpuRegMask
4: CpuXSAVE is a prereq for various other features
5: properly force / avoid forcing EVEX encoding
