[committed 0/4] MIPS16e2 ASE support

Hi,

 This patch series adds MIPS16e2 ASE support as per the architecture 
specification[1].  Since the test suite part is big I have split it off 
from the code change, and further divided into a GAS test framework update 
for MIPS16e2 testing support, then new MIPS16e2 instruction handling tests 
and finally MIPS16e2 relaxation tests.
