Regrading the .data.rel.local section size on x86-64.

I want  "qslab_reg_names" object part of
.data.rel.local.qslab_reg_names section ,

how do i that  ? and what wrong in current asm code ?

I'm very newbie to asm syntax  ,please pardom me for basic questions .
