[PATCH] dwarf.c: Remove two unused global variables

last_pointer_size and warned_about_missing_comp_units seem unused, so
remove them.

binutils/ChangeLog:

	* dwarf.c (last_pointer_size, warned_about_missing_comp_units):
	Remove.
	(load_debug_info): Remove assignments to those two variables.
