[gold][aarch64] GOT-relative relocations

Hi all,

Are there any plans to implement the GOT-relative relocs (listed
below) for AArch64 in gold? It looks to me like bfd implements some of
these relocs, but gold does not. I'm happy to implement the ones I
need and submit patches, but I wanted to make sure I wasn't
duplicating effort first.

GOT-Relative relocs:
R_AARCH64_MOVW_GOTOFF_*
R_AARCH64_GOTREL64
R_AARCH64_GOTREL32
R_AARCH64_LD64_GOTOFF_LO15
R_AARCH64_LD64_GOTPAGE_LO15
