Should we have a 2.29.1 point release ?

That works for me.  I am about to go on vacation for a week, and then
there is the GNU Tools Cauldron coming up.  So, baring unforeseen 
circumstances, I will create a 2.29.1 release upon return from Prague,
(ie 12/13 September).
