New GAS testsuite failures for SPARC target

      My regression tester is showing up a new GAS testsuite failure for a
      couple of sparc targets:
    
    Checking Binutils in: sparc-coff ... GAS: 1 done
     GAS REGRESSION: dcti couples (v9)  
    Checking Binutils in: sparc-aout ... GAS: 1 LD: 1 done
     GAS REGRESSION: dcti couples (v9)  
    
      Could you look into it please ?
    
Ugh, I totally forgot about the spurious aout+coff failures in
dump_tests.  Just pushed the obvious patch below.
