[PATCH v4] gold: Add Mips64 support.

Added do_print_to_mapfile() function in Mips_output_data_la25_stub class (this fixed issue with -Map option). Fixed issue with --emit-relocs option for Mips32 by calling 32bit version of elf_r_info in Mips_classify_reloc<sh_type_, 32, big_endian>::put_r_info. Removed unsigned from return type of get_r_addend function in Mips_reloc_types (this fixed issue with -r option when addend is negative for Mips64). Added check_overflow function in Mips_relocate_functions class.
