[PATCH ARC 3/8] GAS: new ARC port

Hi Nick,

Please find attached a small patch that fixes the errors/warnings observed. This patch only fixes the warnings and it needs to be applied on top of the previous sent GAS patch.

Please let me know if you see any issue further on.
