Hi all,

This patch fixes a bug, got section is not generated for 
TLSLE_MOVW_TPREL_G1,TLSLE_MOVW_TPREL_G1_NC, TLSLE_MOVW_TPREL_G2 previously.

LD regression test Okay. Okay to commit?
