Unable to clone git repo thought https

Hi all,

  Since a few days I have following errors when trying to clone
binutils git repo thought http or https :

$ git clone https://sourceware.org/git/binutils-gdb.git
Cloning into 'binutils-gdb'...
error: Unable to get pack index 
https://sourceware.org/git/binutils-gdb.git/objects/pack/pack-1f543be225de777f4052b71191d83abc1ab1e2d7.idx
error: Unable to find 3b20cd6f5549357e6d2d402b4e87ed9f0dff0de4 under 
https://sourceware.org/git/binutils-gdb.git
Cannot obtain needed object 3b20cd6f5549357e6d2d402b4e87ed9f0dff0de4
while processing commit 102d2bfff5ca3122e7f87b622645fa76ade4c333.
error: fetch failed.

  I also try at home and I got same errors but in work fine with git
protocol.
