[PATCH] Add i6400 entry to the MIPS CPU table.

Hi,

This patch adds the MIPS i6400 Core (http://www.imgtec.com/mips/warrior/iclass.asp)
to the MIPS CPU table.

The patch and ChangeLog are below.
