Patch is updated per your suggestion and tested with Binutils regression. No
regression. Is this one OK?

Declare new function.
           * bfd/elflink.c (_bfd_elf_gc_mark_debug_special_section_group):
New function.
              (_bfd_elf_gc_mark_extra_sections): Handle section group.
