[PATCH 0/2] Merge changes from GCC to include/dwarf2.def

I'd like to push the following two patches which merge changes to the
include/dwarf2.def file from GCC.  These both add additional DWARF
attributes which should show up in the objdump dwarf output.

Is this OK?
