[PATCH,i386,1/4] Support new AVX512 instructions.

Hi,

Newest release of Intel Architecture Instruction Set Extensions
Programming Reference [1], has 3 new ISA extensions AVX512DQ,
AVX512BW and AVX512VL. This patch series adds support for them.
This patch adds support for AVX512VL.
Ok for trunk?
