[COMMITTED PATCH] Regenerate sim configury.

After yesterday's change (commit b879806f2fdd2eca7092d7b854d6cbbbbbd0493b),
configurations where --{enable,disable}-plugins was not specified
explicitly but that now default to building in plugin support, and default
to building sim/ (e.g. --target=arm-linux-gnueabi), had their builds broken
because the configury for the sim programs using libbfd no longer matched
configury for libbfd.

Fixed thusly and committed as obvious.  All the actual diffs are to
generated files (and completely boring), so omitted.
