Binutils 2.22 FR80 patch

Hi,

Added Fujitsu FR80 processor in binutils, based on FR30 code:
- fix: FR30/FR80 code segement must be aligned to 2
- implemented FR80 opcodes
- added ELF header flags for FR80 machine
- added GAS command line options -mfr30, -mfr80, --enforce-aligned-data

Assembler/Disassembler sources were regenerated with CGEN, bfd-in2.h and other headers were regenerated.
