Right now, the nds32 port is accepted for GCC, but binutils support
still isn't upstream.

  There are already some new patches based on Joseph's comments. As
well as updates to Andes's binutils fork containing the nds32 patches.
Maybe it's time for a new submission/review round? Or are Joseph's
concerns already fixed by the last patchset sent to the list (so that
these patches could be committed?)
