[PATCH, i386] [1/2] Support of AVX512 ISA extension

Hello,
Attached patch & ChangeLogs introduces support of Intel AVX512 ISA extensions. See [1].

Patch was divided into 2 parts as sourceware.org accepts no more than 400000 bytes

Testing pass.

Ok to install?
