PATCH: Add "#..." to ld-elf/ehdr_start-userdef.d

elf64-hppa.c has
#define elf_backend_omit_section_dynsym \
((bfd_boolean (*) (bfd *, struct bfd_link_info *, asection *)) bfd_true)
and generates:
Symbol table '.dynsym' contains 0 entries:
Num: Value Size Type Bind Vis Ndx Name
I have no idea how ld.so works on hppa64. I am checking in this
patch to skip it.
