error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.22-system.so

Dear All,
It may be out of scope but I have the following error while try to
make any program:

    as: error while loading shared libraries: libbfd-2.22-system.so:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    make: ***


I had re-installed binutils but didn't solve the problem, are there
any possible solution?
