[PATCH] S/390 BFD: Use the section shortcuts in elf_link_hash_table

Hi,

the attached patch makes use of the section header shortcuts available
in struct elf_link_hash_table instead of defining its own in the
architecture specific variant of the data structure.

Will commit together with the other cleanup patches.
