[PATCH] Enabling ADCX, ADOX, RDSEED and PREFETCHW in asm and objdump

Hi,
This patch enables in binutils (namely, in asm and objdump) new ADCX,
ADOX, RDSEED and PREFETCHW instructions, introduced here:
http://software.intel.com/en-us/avx/

Is it ok for trunk?
