Cant` get the sources form CVS

Hello, list.

I try to get the sources with this comand:
>cvs -d :pserver:anoncvs@sourceware.org:/cvs/src co -d binutils-trunk binutils

and get the following errors:
>cvs checkout: existing repository /cvs/src/src/binutils does not match /cvs/src/src/opcodes
>cvs checkout: ignoring module src/opcodes
>cvs checkout: existing repository /cvs/src/src/binutils does not match /cvs/src/src/bfd

any ideas?
