README-maintainer-mode says "automake 1.11" but checked-in files are from
1.11.1.  I decided that 1.11.3 is as much 1.11 as 1.11.1 is. ;-)
Also, it's what I have installed.

If you don't like 1.11.3 and have 1.11.1 installed, would you mind doing
the regeneration and commit for me?
