PFA, the requested files:
1) bdver2.patch --> Actual bdver2 support for fma
2) testsuite.patch--> addition of .d files to test this bug
3) ChangeLogForOpcodes.txt --> Plain text file of src/opcodes/ChangeLog
4) ChangeLogForTestsuites.txt --> Plain text files of src/gas/testsuite/ChangeLog
