2.22.1 Possible

Hi

Tristan you mentioned that you are not sure there will
be a 2.22.1.  Does that mean 2.23 is close or that
you don't see enough issues to justify 2.22.1?

 From an RTEMS perspective, we are shipping 2.22 with

+ sys/stat.h and other .h clean up from Alan Modra
+ Coldfire patch from Julian Brown (Sebastian Huber
     asked about this)

And we need the patch from PR13991 but that hasn't
spun in the tool binaries yet.

I don't know what patches other users might be concerned
about or what your threshold is.
