[PATCH] OMF support for BFD

OMF (in the documented OMF51 form and in other forms without public 
documentation) is also used by various tools for the Intel 8051.  But when 
CodeSourcery was doing things for the 8051 we registered the ELF machine 
number EM_8051 and implemented a separate convertor from OMF to ELF rather 
than making BFD support OMF directly.  (We never got round to submitting 
the GDB port and partial binutils port upstream and it's not clear how 
useful they'd be without the convertor.)
