Hi Joern,

Thanks for the missing files.  I have now been able to build the 
epiphany target locally and found almost no problems.  (The only issue I 
did find was three failing linker tests that attempted to build shared 
libraries.  I fixed this issue).

So, I have checked your patches in.  Thanks very much for submitting them.

Are you willing to act as the maintainer for the Epiphany port of binutils ?
