I have seen your backports from mainline to binutils-2_21-branch GIT branch.

Can you please cherry-pick (or aplly the attached patch)...

commit 10738c67342879d3fab9115cfdd71ba12409663b
"Mention PR ld/12327 in ChangeLog entry."

...so that the PR # is included in the ld/ history.
