[libopcodes] Getting the list of supported architectures (even plugins...)

Hello again,

Forget about my question....

I realized that Debian was having libbfd-multiarch and 
libopcodes-multiarch in a different naming than the standard 
libbfd/libopcodes.

So, I was linking against the wrong libraries.
