[Patch] ld testsuite: Fix MIPS 'PIC and non-PIC test 6 (n64 executable)'

The testcase has the 32-bit encoding of the MOVE instruction instead of 
the the 64-bit encoding it needs for this 64-bit testcase.

Tested on mips64-linux-gnu.
